3.0 out of 5 stars Good earbuds but bad design I was happy to get these due to being over the ear and the case is a back up battery. I really liked having these. They are good at noise cancelling and to me the sound quality was good. They fit well and were very comfortable for long periods of time. However, they do have weak point. That weak point is right were the plastic of the main part of the earbud and the rubber part that goes over the ear. I've had these for about 45 days and used them quite a bit, especially at the gym. Recently I was at the gym and was putting on the right earbud and the rubber just snapped off. I was putting them on the way the directions instructed, but it still snapped right off and there is no way to reconnect it. So, now I currently have one earbud and I am looking to purchasing another brand because I can not rebuy this one knowing the weak point. One person found this helpful

4.0 out of 5 stars Great for the spoken word - Horrendous for music I purchased these headphones because of the battery life, which they excel in. However, the sound quality is absolute crap. It's as though they forgot to include the entire lower part of music sound. There is no bass to speak of, barely hear any drums, and it sounds very tinny and as though the treble is at its max. Also, there is NO noise cancellation whatsoever. Basically, I've has $5 wired headphones that blow these out of the water. Please keep in mind I am a bit of an audio snob.If you're using these for audiobooks or things like YouTube (which is what I purchased them for) they're great. Battery life is stellar. Trying to figure out if there is a warranty on these are a joke because it sends me to Manufacturer page then says this item is not available for this. So be careful with these earbuds, the sound is good, but durability is not so.

4.0 out of 5 stars Awesome battery. Lousy sound My last pair of headphones would not stay in my ears at the gym. I picked these up for the ear hooks.They stayed in well. They aren't the most comfortable ever, but for the price I can't complain about the fit at all.Battery life is great for me. The batter case seems to last a long long time.The sound quality is pretty bad in my opinion. I feel a little guilty ragging on them given how inexpensive they are, but even with that low expectation I was disappointed by the "tinny" sound.Overall they got me by while I shopped around for a nicer pair. I listen to audio books a lot and these last for at least 25-30 hrs.Plan to order a few more for some people I am encouraging to listen to books!

It's a pain and trying to contact the company is not working. I tried to send an email to service@jzones.net and it came back as undeliverable.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great earbuds, but the battery usage disappears too quickly! I recently purchased these and the sound quality is really good, and they are very comfortable. The comfort level is extremely important to me because I have very small ear canals, and earbuds can start to hurt after awhile. I love the charging case and how quickly it charges. The case is a small size and easily fits into my small purse.Unfortunately, I will probably be returning them, due to the battery life. The product description says these earbuds have over 100 hours of battery life. But when I used them while taking a walk, even using them for less than 10 minutes, the case is down to like 90%. Most of the time, I can easily recharge them (and it charges really quickly), but I'm concerned that when I will be taking a cross country flight in a few weeks, they will just use up all the battery power after a few hours, and then I won't have functioning earbuds.Wish they would have worked out because for the price, they are a great set to have. 5 people found this helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars A great buy These have a super long battery life and great range and don’t fall out of my ears (like all other plastic/rubber buds of this type) thanks to their ear wraparound design.I broke that top part by lying down on them (I fell asleep with them on) but they still work.Sound quality is good and it is easy to pick up calls with them on.I lost one of the earbuds and so I repurchased the newer model of these recently which have flexible ear wraparound parts - much harder to break! I love them!FYI though, if you lose one of the earbuds then the set will not pair to new devices unfortunately.

4.0 out of 5 stars My experience from two months of use I received these December 6th 2023 now it’s Feb 18th 2024 and currently sound only comes through one of the ear pieces and that just happened today. But outside of that, the calls are clear through these and music plays pretty good as well. Every now and then they randomly disconnect but i could always reconnect them in a few seconds. That’s all i have for now.

Usually only used 1 headphone at a time and kept other in case , always stored in case when not using. Besides durability still think it’s a good budget option One person found this helpful

I ended up buying 2 sets of these earbud’s because I was pleasantly impressed with the quality of them in general but more so for the price.Fully charged they last my full 8 hr shift on 1/2 volume. I work in a loud environment so I need the volume up louder than most people will need which I think in that case I use more battery than a lower volume user would see. The case gets me about 6 more charges which was impressive to me. They are comfortable and never fall off with the ear wrap feature.I have the galaxy bud lives and bud pro’s and if both L/R actually charge I only get maybe 2 hrs into my shift before I need to recharge them. And they constantly fall out.If comparing them as far as sound the clarity is equal. The touch functionality is better on this brand. They don’t provide noise cancellation but I have tried Bose, Apple and Samsung and have yet to experience true noise cancellation. With that,these would come in last in that rating , I also didn’t spend $$ on them so I wasn’t expecting this feature nor was I disappointed. The only negative of these compare to the pro and live buds is you don’t have equalizer control over these. But that’s fine since the sound is still clear and crisp. The bass or treble seekers might not like these for that reason.Since they are new to me I can’t speak of how they hold up but they do come with a nice warranty (that I have no experience with). But for the price I paid I wouldn’t be upset if I only get 1 year from them.I like them enough that I got a second set for home since I work with nasty chemicals and don’t want cross contamination risk.I definitely would recommend these . 34 people found this helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars First impressions: it's pretty near perfect Fit into ear canal and hooking over ears is comfortable and very secure - I will feel very confident while bicycling, running/sprinting, and doing HIIT stuff like CrossFit. (I may update my review after a while of real-world use where sweat, earwax, etc. plays a role in fit and comfort). Button controls are satisfyingly "clicky" - superior design compared to unintentionally activating touch controls with sweaty skin or glancing touches during workout movements.Sounds quality is awesome - a little bass-heavy tuning perhaps, but there is full frequency response (meaning that it produces all the sounds you can hear but the bass tends to thump/drone a little louder). I checked with a YouTube headphone test video. Bass is great in workout music!The charging cradle feels solid and the charging probes connect well - let's see if it stands up to regular use (other similar products have had issues where the points connecting to the earbuds stop working for some reason). The charge-out / powerbank feature works great as expected with no issues. I haven't tested wireless charging, but I'm guessing it would work as advertised.Call clarity is good as well - the microphones do a nice job isolating my voice in a noisy indoor environment. I might update my review after trying out calls in a windy outdoor environment. I don't have a comparison with other headset microphones that do an exceptional job of voice isolation, but this pair definitely gets the job done well.I bought these to replace PowerBeats Pro since those only charge with a lighting cable. The only thing these are missing in comparison would be in-ear detection (automatic pause/play when you take it out of your ear). Not as good as my Bose ones but not far off either. Plus these are "disposable" at this price.No problems with pairing or any of the functions. I take calls on them all the time.All around amazing set of cheap as dirt Bluetooth ear buds. And if I run em over tomorrow who cares! Lol

4.0 out of 5 stars Overall pretty happy I have 2 complaints. 1, the stupid silicone piece that goes in the ear constantly falls off. 2, when the battery hits 20% it starts saying "low battery, please charge." but instead of waiting until 15% or 10% or even 5% to repeat that message, it just keeps repeating the message over and over and over and makes them useless! The battery still says 20% but it starts harassing you to charge and doesn't stopI'm happy with the sound, and the ear hook. Stays connected. Everything else is fine, but damn if that harassing battery message isn't enough to make me want to stomp on them 😂 One person found this helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable earbuds with excellent battery life and pretty good sound, and GREAT customer service I use these to watch TV using a Bluetooth connection at night after my family goes to sleep. They have excellent battery life and pretty good sound, and I have been pleased with them. They are lightweight and comfortable. You pretty much forget they are on your ear. No issues with soreness or heavyweight.I don't like the earbud style which only goes inside the ear and dangles, as they seem to always fall right out. So earbuds like these which have an earhook are an essential option for me. These also have dedicated volume buttons rather than that awful multi-function button where there is only one button to do everything and you have to press a certain number of times with just the right pressure to do different things, etc.I was worried about going with an unknown brand, but these have worked out just fine. I gather the electronics are pretty much the same, so why spend more for the brand if the sound is basically the same? These have decent bass as well -- certainly adequate for TV watching, at least.The included case also has a really large capacity battery and even a USB A port so you can piggyback charge your phone using the case. The earbuds last about 7 hours before needing a charge, and the case gives you about six charges of the earbuds before it needs to be recharged. You recharge the case using a USB-C cable (a really short one is provided) OR a wireless charging pad.The right earhook broke off after just seven months of use watching TV. However, I contacted customer service for Jzones and the company sent me a new pair within two weeks. So kudos to the company for having solid customer service and honoring its warranty.For the price and quality, these are hard to beat -- at least for what I am using them for (TV watching). Not sure how these would do with the moisture/sweat if you used them for exercising. However, they definitely would be comfortable as they are lightweight and stay secure on your ears due to the earhooks.

Appears to have a fairly quick charge of both the case and buds. However, after charging the case (with buds inside) up to 100%, I unplugged the case from charging and did not use the buds. About an hour later as I was typing this, I noticed the charge level on the case (with buds still inside) went down to 98% within that hour. Hmmm.Volume level appears robust when maxed out (even with EQ option turned off). Purchased specifically to wear when riding my motorcycle but haven't tested volume vs engine/traffic noise as yet. Haven't used them long enough to determine if bud batt longevity meets the advertised 130 hrs but will post again if any issues are encountered or I feel 5 stars are deserved. 2 people found this helpful

I used to just listen to Sirius XM on my phone in my pocket but these sound great and I can put my phone away without bringing it out. If you need to shut them off because someone's talking to you you just tap either side in the center and they shut off.

I have tried all possibilities to reboot, delete and re-pair, let battery drain out, etc. with no solution. Each one will connect to my phone, but they both will not connect at the same time. Will try a different brand next.

The sound clarity is amazing! I usually use them one at a time so that I can hear around me, but when I have used them together the sound is excellent! The best part is the battery life. Each earbud lasts between 8 to 10 hours depending on how loud you have them. The best part is that I only have to charge the case once every 10 to 12 days! They are amazing!! I haven’t charged my case for 7 days in the picture! Also if I do lose them or they get swiped I can easily replace them at their reasonable price. If you are still doubting these earbuds, I was not paid, or compensated in anyway. Just a super happy customer!

4.0 out of 5 stars Battery life shotty The media could not be loaded.  I go to the gym for about three hours, 2 to 3 times a week making sure the night before to always charge my buds before I am halfway completed my workout, they go dead, so I carry a second set of earbuds with me now I only use one at a time now to assure I have an air but my husband‘s handicap I have to make sure I am access to him if I’m away from home unfortunately, please do not hold a long standby battery life as I hoped, and stated on the description. This is my first set of earbuds ever but I have bought a different second set since. If you use your music in your ears for long. It’s going to drain it very fast. I bought this to replace my old, different wireless earbuds and for the price paid, it worked exceptionally well especially in sound quality with great bass, outside noise reduction (not 100% noise canceling, remember that, not just this but all such small earbuds). The wireless charging case with a much bigger capacity also recharges other devices so I’ve used that feature, and at least in my experience charging started the second the external device was connected. Both the charging case and the earbuds are not fingerprint magnets, so I like them so far. Pair came charged so it was ready to go from the start, pairing was quicker. Overall, I’ve used them on my android phone, pc for casual gaming, and smart-tv and so far, I have not had any issues. After a little research and reading reviews, aside from the battery oxidation problem some users were experiencing, these seemed to be a good purchase. So, I ordered her a pair. After using them for a period she asked me to order another pair, and soon after a third pair. She wanted a pair for her phone, laptop and a spare for her purse. Sounds like a pretty positive thumbs up for the buds, right? She was so pumped about them that she bought me a pair for my birthday. For the first time I tried them on, very comfortable, listened to them, and for the price, I was surprisingly happy with the sound.Well... After wearing them a few times performing yardwork, I noticed the oxidation I had read about on both the right bud and in the charging case. I cleaned them both and closed the case. The next time I used them the right bud generated static and shut down. By that point it had been more than 30 days so there you are. I must add that the 3 sets my sister bought are so far, oxidation free and working as advertised.So there you have it, buy or don't,I surely won't.

4.0 out of 5 stars Try ALL the ear cushions before judging these! I strongly recommend you try all the different size ear cushions that come with these earbuds before judging the sound quality. I mistakenly believed the farther the cushion reached inside my ear the better the sound would be. That is definitely not the case. I ended up using the largest pads and it made a huge difference in sound quality. Much more bass and mids were no longer harsh. I guess what’s more important is whether the cushion is able to conform to your ear. My original way of thinking was more like with the old squishy ear cushions that you literally stuck in your ear like those foam hearing protectors. An easy way to tell if you need to try a different cushion is to gently press against them and see if you hear a lot more bass. So, now I’m satisfied with the sound quality. I’m not terribly impressed with the battery life, but for the price I won’t complain. The charging case has enough capacity to keep you going quite a while without having to plug-in. I’m not sure why Amazon is prompting me to mention noise cancellation because these do not have active noise cancellation as far as I can tell. If that is a reference to background noise cancellation on the microphone, I have not placed any calls yet. I just use them for listening to music. 12 people found this helpful

4.0 out of 5 stars After two uses I had issues After two uses I had issues. On the first day after I got them I used them while mowing and had no problems, they worked wonderfully. I like the fact that they hook around my ears so they don't fall out while mowing. After I was done I put them back in the case to charge and I charged the case. Two days later I went to use them again, put them on, turned in the music, had them on about a half hour, and then the right one just stopped. All I did was bend over to pick up a rock and the right ear but stopped working. Ichecked and the charge was at 98% for that ear bud. Being it was very hot that day and I was sweating while working outside I am assuming it is my fault. I guess they aren't good to use in a situation like exercise or yard work where a person sweats. I did buy another pair since the sound they have is wonderful but I'll only use them inside cleaning. 13 people found this helpful

For some weird reason the volume controls are backwards of what is pretty standard across other earbuds and counter intuitive. The part that is annoying beyond all end is that when you get the low battery warning, it's not just once, IT'S EVERY 30 SECONDS! I would love if someone could figure out a fix for that, that would be great. Cause they're completely useless for the rest of the charge. Most earbuds give one warning. The preferred warning is 2-6 hours before dying.

One half-marathon down and some other runs with no problems. Hopefully they continue to work well for a long time.————-I use these for running. I have only used them outside but not yet in the rain. On the first 5 mile run they worked great, but on a marathon, the right earpiece started making static sounds around mile 21 then went completely quiet and was dead the rest of the race.After coming home and charging them both, it seemed to come back to life and worked as it had before. On a recent 8 mile run, after only about 4 miles, the right earpiece again started making static noises and then went dead. I continued running with only the left earpiece functioning which abruptly turned off about 2 miles later. Now, after having them in the charger all day, the right one again works but the left one now no longer turns on. It seems to not be able to charge. Every time I put it in the case, it looks like it is charging, but it does not turn on when I take it out of the case.The company is easy to work with and they are sending a replacement under the warranty. Hopefully I just got a bad pair and this isn’t what I can expect to occur the next time around. 18 people found this helpful

They synched quick and easy with my S23+ phone and were ready to use. I don't wear them often, but they seems durable enough and are pretty comfortable. The answer buttons are little hard for me to get to and they'll accidentally turn off on me when trying to get them in my ear, but I have crazy big hands! They also have decent noise cancelling. They were pretty inexpensive, which is good because I'm terrible about losing them or letting them get messed up while working on the farm. They come with several replacement buds but I haven't had a chance to try them to see which fits best. Overall, not bad for a pair of cheaper headphones and not breaking the bank. But with these, the hook over my ear keeps them from falling out. I wear them all the time. Whether sitting at my desk, mowing the lawn, or going for a run, these make great sound and let me forget that I need to keep my earbuds from falling out.Also, the phone call sound is great. No one telling me, "I can't hear you."

I actually recommend if you don't want to spend much on headphones, these are pretty good quality for the price. The battery lasts a long time for my surprise. I haven't had to charge them for a few days. Granted I don't use them all day. But I do use them every day.

4.0 out of 5 stars Out of this world range! I purchased these ear buds basically just to use to talk. The sound is ok. What impressed me about them 8s their range. Yesterday (9-15-23), I was listening to a YouTube broadcast 9n my way home. When I arrived home I gathered my things and went inside. The entire time I was hearing the broadcast with NO drops at all. I visited the bathroom and went back into my living room. I started looking for my phone to make a call but couldn't find it anywhere in the house. It suddenly occurred to me that I couldn't remember taking my phone off the dashboard. I retrieved my phone from the car and made my call. The amazing thing about this is I live in a 16'x80' mobile home. My master bathroom is on the far end opposite of where I park which is pretty much a whole 80 feet. These buds never lost signal after 80 feet through the mobile home walls. I HIGHLY recommend these inexpensive buds to anyone who needs to be hands free. Whomever you're speaking with can be heard crisply and clearly. Buy these. 8 people found this helpful

3.0 out of 5 stars Some Nice Features But Flaked Out & Literally Burned Me Good:Have had these about 7 weeks. But them because I like the type that circles around the ear. Read many, many of the reviews, then decided to buy them. The battery life seems very good. What I really liked was that the batteries in the earpieces would be recharged by the case. That means that as long as you kept the case charged, the instant you put the earpieces back into their case, they begin getting recharged. On the outside of the case is an LED battery charge indicator. Although I don't know that it is very accurate, it is nice to know roughly how much charge there is in the batter(ies). They were easy to connect to Bluetooth (iPhone). The range of the Bluetooth is not great but is more than enough for what I needed. Also, they were/are very comfortable in my ears and didn't irritate around my ear at all.Bad:Probably every other day (I used them daily), there would be a gap between the left and right earpieces. That would present itself as out of synch or just one being briefly silent. It would typically only last 1 to 2 seconds. A little bit annoying, but not a big deal. Even though they are rated for water resistance, I've never worn them in the rain, so I didn't figure it was any kind of electrical issue, probably just a small lag in the Bluetooth connection. Today, I was walking and then the left earpiece stopped working. I waited for it to return, but nothing. I waited for probably 20 to 25 seconds....still silent on the left. I paused the Audible I was listening to, then restarted it...same, silence. I paused the book using the earpiece controls...same, silence. I then noticed a spot right on my ear was hurting (left side). I pulled out the earpiece, and the contact points were hot and getting hotter. Now, it didn't damage my skin because I pulled the earpiece off and did so before it started getting worse. I finished my walk with just the right side in, put the left earpiece in my pocket, and could feel the heat against my leg through my shorts. My guess is that there is some poor soldering of the wires within the left earpiece and that it not only affected the signal but ultimately shorted to cause the overheating.Pretty bummed because I thought they would be a good value. I am glad it didn't really lasting damage to my skin, but a faulty battery (or connection) can be ugly stuff. Definitely would not recommend them because it's not worth the risk. Too late to return them.___________________________________Update: Have since received some outstanding customer support. The first pair was replaced promptly by the vendor. The pair they sent as a replacement....those also had a problem with the volume going up and down uncontrollably. I am going to chalk this all up to really bad luck. 16 people found this helpful

4.0 out of 5 stars Great bargain buy I fell asleep while having them in and woke up with one broken (part over ear). I just super glued it back together and hasn't been an issue lol. The ear pieces have a tendency to come off in my ears when taking them out but I'm not sure if it's the quality of the product or just user error.Quick charge and love that the case itself can last a while between charges as well.

5.0 out of 5 stars Sound great, easy charging These really helped. I run in the rain a lot, so having a waterproof set is great. Also, I wear them in the hottub and I always forget to take them out before showering. Now I don't have to worry about it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Love these earbuds I really like these earbuds. They have good sound quality and are easy to use. I love that the case can also be used as a charger for other devices. Having used them for about 10 months I can recommend them.I recently lost one of the earbuds (did not fall off my ear). I contacted the company inquiring about a replacement bud. They got back to me very quickly and sent out a replacement. I can say that the company is reputable.

3.0 out of 5 stars started having immediate issues with L bud I ought these based on positive reviews and cheap price. I generally prefer wired earbud for a few reasons but I needed these for the gym, not easy to work out getting tangled in wires. Because of limited use, I went for inexpensive. They seemed great, I plugged the case and started charged them all the way. I like the LED display on the outside of the case. The actual earbuds fit pretty well. I am a petite woman, so they were a tad big but still worked and were pretty comfortable. On my first use, the L side started beeping and a voice said "battery low please charge" after ignoring it, the sound completely went out. So, I went home, plugged the earbuds back into the case and it showed 98%. I took the Right bud out just to see what is said for the left side and it read 97%. SO, I don't have the time and energy to figure out what is happening. If its malfunctioning right out of the box, then back they go. Maybe I just got a dud pair or maybe I need to look at a higher price point or go check out some brick and mortar stores to find a better option.

I have small ears / small ear canals so finding a comfortable BT bud that I am confident was not going to fall out during activity has been a challenge. Saw these on Prime Day and decided to take a chance. They work and sound great and are effortless for me to wear for hours on end. The battery life is fantastic.I had purchased and often advertised BT set from a FB advertisement and was totaly dissastisfied. The sound was sub-par and they were uncomfortable to wear for long periods. The battery life was trash and then they were never charged when you needed them. These buds were just the opposite at half the cost. The self-charging case is fantastic and they always pair as soon as I pick them up. Would definitely recommend them.I didn't realize that they had noise-canceling capability until I just now saw that question in the review. I will have to look into that more. 5.0 out of 5 stars These work really well and are so comfortable I forget if they are in or not The only issue really I have with these is that they connect and disconnect for no reason some times. The sound is great, they don't cancel our my birds chirping if I am right up close to their cages and my callers say it is really loud. When I get a call and the person is outside or near an open window I can still hear the wind noise. But all and all, I would definitely buy them again. I really forget if they are in or not, they are so comfortable.

4.0 out of 5 stars Esta bien por el precio promocional Son audifonos que cancelan demasiado bien los ruidos, en mi caso no me parece muy favorable porque siento que no es seguro utilziarlo en la calle o manejando, pero si buscas aislamiento esta super bien.Son comodos, tienen distintos tamaños de gomitas para adaptar a tu oido. Ademas con el soporte para las orejas se hace muy dificil que se caigan.La contra es que la calidad del sonido no es muy buena, tiene pocos graves. La caja es muy grande y pesada, pero lo bueno es que tiene indicador de bateria.La bateria no me parece tan duradera como indicaban los comentarios pero siento que esta bien para el uso que le doy que es para atender llamadas.Tiene botones, en vez de ser touch, eso me gusta.Los voice notes se oyen con bastante nitidez tanto para enviarlos como para escucharlos.Si esta en precio promocional creo que vale le pena la compra.

5.0 out of 5 stars Forever Battery Charging Case, Acceptable Sound Quality I got these in April, and I use them on a daily basis. Since April, I have only charged the case once, and it hadn't died at that point. I have never had the buds in for longer than a few hours at a time, but they haven't died on me yet either. We will see in the long run!As far as sound quality goes, I have two pairs of cheaper over the ear bluetooth ear buds that are wired in between and have no case, which I purchased on Amazon years ago and prefer the sound clarity and quality in those (which was always crazy to me for the price). However, they just never held a charge for too long, which I is why I wanted to try ones with a charging case. Once again, they aren't mind blowing in terms of sound quality for me, but they do the trick and are just fine. If your device has equalizer settings, you can always play around to find what sounds best for you too.I also appreciate that they are comfortable like my other over the ear buds, and are great for those people like myself who don't find standard buds comfortable or too be the correct fit. 7 people found this helpful

4.0 out of 5 stars Great for running with music and phone calls I bought them for running. These fit good, sound great and the controls are easy to use. They don't fall out like previous earbud headphones I've used. I previously tried bone conduction headphones but really didn't like them. These seem far superior in sound and functionality at a fraction of the price.UPDATE: They were really nice while they worked, however, the right side stopped working after only about a week. Have been unable to get a response from the manufacturer in regards to a replacement after sending emails.ANOTHER UPDATE:Reading through a troubleshooting section of a different headset it said to re-pair them with my phone and now they work again. 5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect I bought these to use for music and they have a very clear sound. They fit well on my ears and stay put! thank you, Playtime. You can easily turn up the sound, turn it down, answer calls, and listen to music in between. It is also easy to hear somebody speaking to you in the same room without turning off the music! Aewsome headphones. I have tried a few diffent ones and earbuds. I recommend these. I love them!

4.0 out of 5 stars Decent for the money I like the sound that comes out of these earbuds. People that I have phone conversations with say that the microphone is good. I also like that they stay in my ears when I am out for a walk or otherwise active, due to the loops that fit around the ears. But those loops are also a bit bulky and I prefer to not wear them much longer than an hour at a time.all in all I feel that they are a good value and a decent product I’ve had them for a few weeks and have not had a problem yet
