I had to straighten some parts due to no padding during the shipping process.Push pin assembly was quick, but pins were too lose that hold the top trays to the main frame.

It took the place of 3 different small pieces I had. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this piece again if I had to buy another organizer.

    5.0 out of 5 stars Feels very sturdy This was fairly easy to put together. Both of the vertical files were a bit bent at the bottom so it took a little strength to get them locked in. I couldn't get one locked, so I just used a screw and nut to hold it together. I also couldn't get the pen holder on, so I just put it on the vertical file as shown in another comment.

    5.0 out of 5 stars Great home office product I bought this for the home office to hold important things like printouts, folders, To Do Lists, and my iPad (in-office music streaming to a speaker). It appears to be very sturdy and the shelf allows me to put my paper clip dispsnser and magnifing glass (among other things) and the drawer holds packets of gum, note paper so I know where it is, and more gum. I'm sure it could hold other things, I just have a lot of gum. It keeps the packages off my desk so they don't get hit while moving the mouse around while working. I think this was a good buy for me and if I ever go back to the office instead of working from home, I will probably take this with me to the office (or ask them to get me one for the office, too). The only suggestion I would have for the company would be to incline the file storage (and turn it, or allow it to turn) so I can see all the folders and things in there and know which folder I am looking for. Right now, I have some notbooks in there and I have to roll over to look at them head on, to know which one I need. 2 people found this helpful

    3.0 out of 5 stars Bent panels and bad rivets/inserts Rec product panels were bent and slightly twisted the inserts and rivets to attach top file holder did absolutely nothing to hold it together so I had to resort to alternate attachment method after some bending and tweaking it will sit flat.not worth returning I just made it work

In the photo, it gives the appearance that you can attach it, but I'm not able to attach mine so, it's sitting next to the organizer.     4.0 out of 5 stars Pen Holder Issue This product comes a little bent out of shape but it’s no big deal because the material is flexible and bends right back into shape with little effort.Read the instructions because the white anchor bolts go on first and then you push the black bolts into thewhite anchors. You’ll have to send it back if you screw that up. It’s easy from there until you get to the pen holder. It won’t go on as shown in the picture. Take a screw driver and run it between the top railings to separate it enough for something to fit through. Use the side that looks a little separated at the ends. Then use your screwdriver to bend the clamp and push it between the cracks and then slide it where you want. It’s a hassle so unless you really want the pen holder just leave it off. It’s fairly well-made, the drawer does wobble a little but that’s a really minor issue for me. You can also decide how many of the 3 file organizer things you wanna add on top (I only added one and left the remaining space for small items like desk decor). Great item overall. It's the perfect size and stores the whole family's tablets even with the bulky kids cases. My only critique is that I wish the drawer and side basket (I'm using it to store charging cords and thumb drives) were made of metal instead of plastic. Otherwise, I'm thoroughly satisfied!     4.0 out of 5 stars Mesh desk organizer was just what I needed. I like the workmanlike look of this organizer and the fact that I can configure the spaces in the sliding drawer to suit my needs. My work table now looks neat and tidy, and I can find papers/bills/stationary/etc. with ease. The organizer is sturdy, and was easy to assemble, for the most part. I had to give the organizer only a four-star rating, however, because I could not attach the plastic pen-holder/container to the side, as pictured. Not only was the illustrated instruction unclear, but also there was just no way to fit the container onto the organizer. I just put it next to the organizer and am making do. 3 people found this helpful

    5.0 out of 5 stars This was perfect for my space and my desk is clean now! I like this organizer because it has 5 slots for files and papers which keeps them off my desk but very accessible. I also like the drawer for supplies and the tray for holding my blackboard. Just what I needed. Be careful putting it together. I almost put the slots on upside down and once you put the "Bolts" through you really can't undo. Thankfully I needed 12 and the company sent 14 so I was able to throw away my 2 mistakes.     5.0 out of 5 stars Really Good Purchase This desk organizer is awesome, and I'm considering buying another. It was easy to assemble -took about 12 minutes, which I did on my lap while sitting on my recliner watching TV. You do need a Phillips screwdriver, but only for two screws -most of it can be assembled without any tool. It's versatile -you can use all of the dividers both in the tray and up top, or use fewer. I especially like that for the drawer, which I'm using for stamps and return labels, etc. Very good buy that also seems sturdy. 3 people found this helpful

    4.0 out of 5 stars Good for the cost Did not like the tiny pieces "nuts/bolts" that are used to attach the file holder slots. I have arthritis so had to get co-worker to 'build'. She even had trouble holding the tiny pieces. But!!, it is together and fairly sturdy. I like that the slots are NOT on a (raised) slant. I have to place this at a bit of a distance so slots that are flat are easier to reach. The extra horizontal slot for books, calendar, notebooks, a "to do" slot ... is nice, as is the drawer.Glad I found it. One person found this helpful

    5.0 out of 5 stars Decent construction, missing parts **UPDATED** This organizer is decently constructed (I actually had a very similar one from several years ago), and has a ton of utility. That said, it was missing a bag of parts that connect the vertical file folders to the rest of the organizer. With those, this would be a solid 4- to 5- star item. Without, it's "meh", and not worth the money.UPDATE 07/30/2023 - After contacting the seller, they were AWESOME at sending a replacement parts package promptly, and the replacement parts set actually had a couple of extra of each part, as they are fairly small. Very prompt and nice service - they have earned 5 stars now.

    5.0 out of 5 stars Product review Please note that I have 2 left hands when it comes to DIY projects and this, although it took me a little bit time to put together, but this was definitely manageable.An important assembly note I would add is that it worked easiest for me to first put in all 4 rivets, and then put in one back drive pin on one side, and then one on the other side but diagonally across the first drive pin that was inserted on the other side. Doing it like this will make putting the finishing touches of the assembly alot easier. Also, as mentioned by others that the back drive pins are a pain. This is not necessarily true. I believe that with the proper attention, that this is doable. At times though, when assembling this product, the back driving pins may need considerable force to properly fasten the file folder to the unit. . 4 people found this helpful
