    Blank screen Was excited to receive but after switching on a few times the screen went black. And stayed that way. Could hear buttons in background but not much else. Love the feel and how sturdy it was. Glad I was able to get a refund but i have lost confidence in the device.

    1.0 out of 5 stars Defective Product Received This was a birthday gift for my husband so you can imagine his disappointment when he received it, only to realize that the left thumbstick made a crunching sound when used. Will be returning it tomorrow and reordering another one, but I hope I don't recieve another defective product... 2 people found this helpful

    1.0 out of 5 stars Not as advertised The console came defective in that the R1 on the shoulder triggers was jammed and didn't clicked at all. Next thing I noticed was that there were no games on the system as advertised, preloaded or otherwise. Final fault was rear the left arrow on the D-pad didn't operate at all. The rest if the d-pad was fine.Operationally, the buttons working is a hardware issue but not having the preloaded games as advertised is the reason for the 1 star One person found this helpful

I’m currently waiting for a replacement so hopefully device number 3 will be a higher build quality. My wife bought me the same device but the joystick was faulty so she returned it and I bought this one… now I’m waiting for another replacement. Very disappointed so far 7 people found this helpful

    1.0 out of 5 stars bad shoulder button. i have since returned this product for my money back. but i will say this; this was an amazing device all things considered, but ruined by one single thing and it was game breaking.for $200 bucks the shoulder button should not be this bad. it was intermittent working. i would not recommend this item to anyone for this reason alone. i wish this wasnt the case.

I did not expect this device to be so good, it looks good, it feels good in my hands, easy to set up, and if you know how to tinker with these devices, to add more to it.
