5.0 out of 5 stars This greenhouse provided protection for vegetables all year long, even in my cold snowy winter. I have purchased two of the greenhouses. The first purchased 3 years ago did develop an issue with the zipper on the closing flap. I found a link to the company and contacted them directly to see if they would sell just the green cover for my frame. After several emails with Kelly to determine the exact size I needed I ordered the cover and received it in a few days. Kelly and the customer service team went out of their way to help me. I would certainly endorse buying this product for your greenhouse needs.

4.0 out of 5 stars A Great Starter Garden Bed We originally bought the smaller garden bed but decided to swap it for the larger size when we realized we the space for it. Oddly enough, the larger garden bed came in a smaller package and was much more compact. The assembly took a minute to figure out - the directions could use some elaboration for clarity. We were also missing a few screws but they sent out the missing parts really quick and were great with communication. This is our first time using a raised bed in the garden and I think it's a really great value for the cost. I especially like that it comes with a cover to keep critters out and protect it from the elements. We plan on using this into the winter so i'm curious how durable it will be against the snow. 5.0 out of 5 stars Very impressed with packaging and parts; haven't assembled it yet Just received this and I couldn't believe the box was so small. Assumed that meant cheap parts, or parts missing, or maybe a 2nd box was coming. BUT I WAS WRONG! Everything was in the package, and it was packaged very well, and I can already tell the parts are high-quality. The steel sides and end connections are thick metal (not flimsy), and appear to be high-quality. The poles are also strong steel. The netting top that is covered in plastic also seems to be very well-made with a decent weight of plastic, and quality seam tape on the edges. Can't wait to put it all together. Will update with another review after we do that. Have heard that it may not be tall enough for tomato plants, so will consider some solutions for that, when we get that far. But so far, I'm very impressed by the packaging and the parts. Stay tuned for more.Okay, we put it together. I'd recommend you do this with 2 people. One to hold a panel, while the other lines it up with the next piece. Or one to operate the screwdriver, while the other tightens it up with a small wrench. And you can't make a mistake. If you realize you did something wrong, like putting the wrong rod into the wrong slots, you can just pull it out and relocate it. Once it's all together, it's very sturdy, and it's cute to look at. 4.0 out of 5 stars Great for small plants I purchased this for our vegetable garden. I did not realize how short the cover is - it will not support tomato plants that require a cage. I do like this for smaller sized garden vegetables and will use it for that purpose in future plantings, meanwhile I'm dreading having my tomatoes attacked by birds and other creatures. My husband had one problem with the base pieces. All of the corners were bent in an apparent manufacturing defect. The bends were identical and centered over the last screw hole. He contacted the company, but ultimately just unbent the corners and put in the screws. It wasn't a deal breaker, but rather confusing and not addressed by the company, except to ask him to send pictures. I am pretty sure we aren't the only one encountering this problem as it looked like a manufacturing defect. I would recommend this garden bed for starting larger plants that will be uncovered, and for smaller plants that will fit inside the approximate 2 ft. center height. 13 people found this helpful

4.0 out of 5 stars Sturdy and strong Bought this a few months back and had it set up and filled with dirt in no time. Started the garden indoors and moved plants at 2-3 inches. It fits all I have in it currently. Row of carrots, 2 brocolli, 3 stalks corn, watermelon, cantaloupe, and 2tomato plants- 1 cherry, 1 beefeater, and finally 1 green pepper plant. The plastic cover is great for the starter plants to get going, after 2 weeks I opened the covers for full growth and am amazed how everything is in full bloom and growth. Already have. 8 inch round cantaloupe and 7-10 more coming in, as well as 13 green peppers and 11 watermelon as of 4 Jul 23. Planning on buying 2 more in the fall for spring readiness. 3.0 out of 5 stars Cover not very durable This item was just what I wanted initially. It was fairly simple to install and I loved the different options for the cover - screen and plastic - and the tie backs to keep one or both open. It looked great and served as a great greenhouse for a few months, but the cover quickly deteriorated after that. There are numerous holes in the plastic and, since I took these photos, there are additional tears in the screen. My guess is the heat has caused the plastic to fail. I’m not sure about the cause of the screen tears, possibly wind pushing the plants around? Part of my decision to purchase this item was the 1 year warranty for the cover because I had read previous reviews about the cover durability. I contacted Quictent directly and they stated they would not honor this warranty for me, and that this would cost $35 to replace. They suggested I contact Amazon, but obviously, Amazon doesn’t handle warranty claims. It seems I’ll just have to pay the $35 unless I want to purchase a new greenhouse. I originally wrote this review with 2 stars but I revised to 3 stars because I am vaguely recalling this was a like-new warehouse deal, and I am now wondering if that’s why Quictent is refusing to honor the warranty, which I can understand. But I kept this at 3-star because the cover only lasted a few months and it really was new when I received it, warehouse deal or not.

The media could not be loaded.  I’m relatively new to gardening, and I found this hoping it would be an easy, straightforward set up for my first garden bed— it definitely is! It’s very easy to assemble, good size, sturdy; I love the cover for the ‘greenhouse’ effect, and for the ability to roll up the top and just have the mesh cover ( it’s great for where I live at keeping bugs out ). It’s a great product, I’d definitely recommend!

4.0 out of 5 stars About what I expected, and great customer service I purchased this for my 5 year old who wanted a strawberry garden. The base (garden) is easy to build and well constructed. The greenhouse portion was easy enough to attach and place. The problem we ran into was 3 days after building we got a good wind storm, and I guess one of the windows was open...well we noticed at that point that the zippers were poorly attached to the vinyl. I immediately reached out to the company, and Khloe quickly sent me a new greenhouse lid.Since then, we do see the top gathering and retaining heat and moisture, while the base will help our strawberry plants not to grow all over the place.Four stars because the green house is pretty cheaply made...however; looking at prices for other raised beds, the base is comparable to the other raised beds we were looking at.Thank you for making our experience a 5star experience with your great customer service. 2 people found this helpful

4.0 out of 5 stars Happy with the final product, HOWEVER…. I am happy with the final product so I’m giving it four stars. HOWEVER, that might be very generous considering the cost of this product. I bought three of these and every single one had issues. Put the screws/nuts in sturdier ziploc bags PLEASE. In all three packages, the bottom of the ziplocs had fallen apart so the screws and nuts were scattered about the boxes, causing some to go missing. Also in one package, the bolt inside one of the middle bars for the garden bed had fallen off so I couldn’t use an entire bar. Not a huge deal, but for the price I would have expected less issues. 5.0 out of 5 stars Great Customer Service I purchased the "Quictent 6x3x1ft Galvanized Raised Garden Bed with Cover Metal Planter Box Kit". I easily put together the metal frames for the sides. I ordered a second one, but it missed having a part and all the necessary bolts and nuts. I contacted the vendor who responded within a day or so that replacements would be sent. I received the replacements via courier quickly, with extra parts. I have put together the send planter box. Both are sturdy and hold the dirt and plants well. Customer service was great, as well as the planter box. I have not installed the covers yet, so I cannot comment on that part. 3 people found this helpful

3.0 out of 5 stars I'm growing veggies in them I'm growing herbs and veggies in these (I have 3) with the covers on. I bought them so I can control the humidity, and to save seedlings from torrential rains (which we've had this year). I also wanted to reduce the damage to the plants by rabbits, deer and other animals. I can also keep it organic. They have worked great. They take more soil than you'd expect. However, a zipper has torn where its sewed onto the clear plastic. I'm not sure what I'll do about that. It's not catastrophic yet, but it will be. I had a feeling the covers would not last long.

As I claimed in my previous reciew, they are very nice just had the issue with the covers that was efficiently resolved!Original review: I will say it looks great when you first put it together but that's it! I bought 3 and in a couple weeks ALL 3 of my nettings torn!! I am quite upset because now I can't let any air in to circulate!! Where and how can I replace the netting?? One person found this helpful

They sent the missing parts along with tracking info. My mom loves it, just wishes it was bigger. But she loves that it is metal and sturdy. Will have to get her another one so she can work on her garden, maybe as a Christmas present. ;)

5.0 out of 5 stars It looks all right and performs well. We used this for a strawberry planter. It wasn’t quite as sturdy and thick as I had hoped, but it does the job well. The cover is good for keeping birds out of the berries as well as providing a nice warm environment for the plants. We filled ours with about 9 cubic feet of raised bed soil and about 3 cubic feet of steer manure and the plants are doing well! It’s a nice addition to our garden/yard.

The green house assembly was easy n just push plastic poles into plastic connector following the easy instructions. The completed green house canopy is light n easy to move when needed.The height of canopy is low on the long ends so tall plants over 12" will be cramped. I use the SQ ft garden method so I was looking for 4'x4' this garden is 46x 36x 11 1/2 h turns out it's perfect size I can reach everything from perimeter. There are lots of raised gardens out there made wood, plastic n steel but I chose this one for it's size, steel walls n green house to use in early spring for protection of young plants from birds n small animals .I was so satisfied with it I purchased 3 more for a total of 4.I also purchase JustForKids Kids Garden Tool Set Toy, Rake, Spade, Hoe and Leaf Rake, reduced size , made of sturdy steel heads and real wood handle, to maintain my garden..Update going into second season and canopy, frame and steal garden frame still in great shape. 5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Raised Beds I ordered the set of three galvanized raised beds with the green covers, which due to the weather here in zone 5b, it was still very cold and super windy, so husband assembled them about a week later and discovered that one set of the small tent poles were missing. I immediately messaged the seller and received a response within minutes! The person I corresponded with was Betty, who asked a couple of questions, then immediately sent a message that the missing parts would ship shortly. Less than a week later and the parts were delivered by FedEx! My husband easily assembled each bed and each green cover. Due to our high winds, he also added some stakes to keep the tents from blowing away, but the ties are sturdy as well. Since then, we've had high wind and a spring blizzard, rain, freezing and hail and these tents and beds are in excellent condition. 3.0 out of 5 stars Read to separate product rating from shipping deficiencies The metal container for garden soil is a heavier gauge than I anticipated, and I think it will be durable. The plastic "greenhouse" portion is about what I expected, and it definitely must be put into a shelter for the long hard winters here in NW Wyoming. Likewise for the plastic support frame. I hope the plastic components last a couple of seasons. Responses from customer service were prompt, but the need for them is why my ratings are placed where they are. I mentioned the quality of the various parts, but they need good QUANTITY control. The four spacing poles (center of the metal paneling) were missing from the original shipment. That created consternation about missing nuts, even though there were sufficient screws. Because of the way the spacing poles are attached -- there are threaded inserts in the ends of those poles, negating the need for nuts on 8 bolts -- I didn't need to call for more nuts right after receiving the shipment and doing the metal assembly. The instructions are mostly drawings with little text, but they didn't show how the support poles attached to the bolts on the sides. I received the poles to replace the ones that were not included in the original shipment 2 weeks after I received the initial package and started assembly. In the short growing season at 6200' and 42º N, that was a costly 2 weeks for this summer's garden crop. Tip for all assemblers, in case you don't have experience with nuts and bolts and holes in metal sheets: don't tighten any nuts until you have all of the bolts and nuts started, or you'll probably have to loosen some of them to finish inserting the last ones. 18 people found this helpful

Its very sturdy and the cover works really well to keep the needed heat/humidity IN and the cats OUT! The height works great for hanging lights/plants from the crossbar and also tall enough to fit their hide (dog house). Who says garden boxes are just for gardens? I lost both my zippers on both sides could not close it. When I sent in an email about it Ivy was very helpful advised of warranty on cover and shipped another one out. With quick delivery. 5.0 out of 5 stars Sturdy Raised Garden and Tarp Received this product earlier than anticipated. Was well packaged, all parts/pieces available to put together. Took about 1 - 1.5 hours to put together. Would suggest to assemble loosely with all the screws/bolts on bed frame, then go back and tighten all of them. The tubing for tarp frame pretty simple to assemble and again would suggest putting together loosly then go back and tighten the fit. Placing the frame over the garden bed easy and very close to the metal corners, not much gap, so helps to stabilize. Once both items assembled, the tarp fit nicely over the frame, and snuggly without issue, zippers worked but are abit sketchy on the strength/durability, so need to be careful when opening/closing. Tarp and frame are light weight and easy to lift off and remove if preferred but overall, the snug fit and heavier bedframe makes the finished product very sturdy. I am very pleased with this garden bed/tarp to this point. Will update when I can plant my garden....still early April here in CT 4-2023.Had a heavy wind and rain today and the tarp shelter/garden bed not affected. 👌🏽 8 people found this helpful

4.0 out of 5 stars Back yard green house for gardening This product has a few issues, but overall I am happy with it based on the price.First issue is I ordered 4 each. The first two I opened did not have a user manual. So, I was very annoyed that I had to figure out how to put these together with no manual. The last two I opened had manuals, so Murphy's law, I had to open the ones without manuals first!Second, it is important to note that is would be best to put the green house on the planter before adding the soil. The raised bed does expand after the soil is in it and it was a chore to get the green houses on. Don't plan on taking the green houses on and off. Once they are in place, they are not moving. Another issue with the expansion of the bed is that the green house plastic is pulled VERY tight over the pole structure support. I had to use duct table to reinforce all the corners of the green house because it was already beginning to tear. I would recommend to the producer of the this product to add about three or four inches in length and width to the pole structure and the overall green house cover to accommodate for the expansion.Overall I am very happy with being able to zip the planted seeds up, knowing they are protected from critters and cold. After all the work it takes to plant seeds and grow a garden, every little bit of protection for the plants helps. 27 people found this helpful

I also added some netting with the raised bed as well and I also purchased a mister from Amazon here and added it to the raised bed so it definitely worked for me. I can’t say it buy it. I wasn't planning on using any, but it's still irksome that it's listed on the parts list but not actually included.Other then that, it's a pretty solid little wall for the price. 4.0 out of 5 stars Seller tried to satisfy buyer The metal bed was easy to put together. It was easier and faster with two people working on it. I used my planter to plant asparagus. The cover will help keep the seeds in the bed area. Extremely windy here in Oklahoma so i tied my frame to the metal bed. I don't know if the instructions for the frame was lost or didn't receive them. Contacted the seller and they sent me a pdf copy of the instructions. I have a couple of metal beds the same size so I contacted the seller to see if I could purchase two of the green house covers. It took a few days of communication about cost agreement but finally received the covers. Covers did not come with the frames. Contacted seller again about frames, at this time cost hasn't been agreed upon. I feel that the cost of the covers should have come with frames. The cover is flimsy and as expected based on other reviews but the actual planter base is a good quality. I expect the planters to last quite a while but the same can’t be said about the covers.I ordered 3 clear planters in total and they had all the components, nothing was missing and everything was in good condition. I live in the pacific north west the plastic basically fell apart at the thought of cold, garbage would never repurchase. The bed is fine, mine did not have a weed barrier, missing some of the product is bothersome. If you're buying for the bed you're safe, if you're buying for the poor zipper and thin plastic go elsewhere. One person found this helpful

Pearl in customer service was very helpful, kind, and professional. I would definitely recommend this product and company. One person found this helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars Great garden bed Received quickly and it was very easy to assemble. We haven't filled it yet but the bars in the middle makes it more sturdy than any other metal garden bed I've purchased. The cover is also thicker than I expected. Love it!

3.0 out of 5 stars Greenhouse part is Cheaply made Took about an hour or so to assemble and was fairly easy to do so though the panels aren't labeled which might cause some confusion for some folks. I'm pretty mechanically sound and didn't have too many issues installing it. Use a powered screwdriver/drill and it will go much faster than if you did it all by hand.It's not the most sturdy thing but i'm glad it came with four supports. My issue is the greenhouse covering is pretty cheaply made. Within a few days, the zipper came right off because they're not sewn from behind. So be VERY careful when unzipping that you don't send it flying. I tried for a few minutes to push the zipper back into it's slots but it is agonizing to say the least.I'd say, you get what you pay for but it felt pretty expensive to me.EDITTED 2 NOV 2023: Second zipper failed and now the cover refuses to close making the entire greenhouse pretty much useless. Changed from 3 stars to 1 star.EDITED 9 Nov 2023: Emailed company. They kindly replaced my greenhouse cover that was broken. This one seems to be better quality, at least in the zippers. Changed from 1 star to 3 stars. Will update if this cover lasts. One person found this helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars I liked it so much I bought it twice! The media could not be loaded.  So I ordered the first one in July, the box arrived badly beaten and thus missing some nuts. I contacted the seller and they responded fast and sent a whole package of nuts in record time. This bed has been uncovered since March. It has been through hail, 100 mph winds, 115 degree sun, and it has been unaffected. Today I built the second one and put the covers together.In addition to the customer service being exceptional, I find the product to be well made and easy to construct. As a new urban gardener, I wasn’t really sure what I needed but knew I had little space, and tumultuous weather… to be fair… I didn’t even know if I was going to like gardening…Well, I do, and my next beds will be from here too! 8 people found this helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars Solid raised bed, flimsy-ish greenhouse (6x3x1, clear plastic with mesh) 2/26 update: customer service was really good. Got the replacement for the green house plastic cover tent and it was perfect.I liked this raised bed so much that I bought a second one. The greenhouse component was perfect, no issues this time around.Updating to 5 starts for customer service.I still wish the plastic cover was a bit more thick/sturdy. Still, 1 year warranty on it so we shall see.========The raised bed is pretty solid, that part is easy to assemble and seems made well enough. Picture shows it assembled and full with 14 cubic feet of dirt.Next to it the greenhouse:- the structure that holds it together seems good enough and may last a while. Easy to assemble, no issues with it.- the plastic transparent cover is well designed, has a mesh and a plastic cover on each side, perfect to keep it warm and/or ventilated AND keep critters away. The plastic material tho is probably going to last just about the 1 year the warranty is for, in my case it came with some small tears on the sides, all about 2-3 inches.I’m back and forth with customer service (lamya / sales@quictents.com ) to get it replaced.Given it a 3 given the plastic and quality control issue. 12 people found this helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars Nice products. Don’t do what I did… take a minute to look at the instructions pamphlet 😂.I purchased two and will purchase more in the future. Easy to assemble. Will update after a season or two of harvest.

5.0 out of 5 stars It’s perfect It was easy to put together & it’s the perfect size for my first ever garden.The net/plastic is cheap but if you’re gentle with it and don’t have a wild husky to rip it, you should be totally fine! I definitely recommend.I will probably order another one in the spring to try out spring veggies & fruits. I will be able to make an L shape garden along my fence. One person found this helpful
