There was one outlet which wouldn’t take a plug. Have to figure that out because it might have to be returned if it’s a problem., but it did the job when we really needed it!

    1.0 out of 5 stars Poor quality did not work as advetised Saw that it could handle up to 12 items and with USB ports and wireless charge, I impulsively bought this without reading the reviews first. Got it home and took it out of the box and was very disappointed with the cheap feel of this thing. It just reeked of cheapness the jankiest plastic that can be used. The thing felt as if it will break if mishandled.But the wasn't a deal breaker if I can plug all my external hard Drives to it and have it all run.. Plugged 8 of my hard drives in and only 1 powered up. Don't waste your time and money with this POS....

The media could not be loaded.  Final update:I’ve used the replacement for a couple of weeks at this point and the new device works mostly as intended. I have a ring light that is connected via usb. This ring light seems to flicker after an extended period of being on, however this is not the case when plugged into any other usb outlet. Aside from that the product works as advertised. I’ve updated my rating to 4 stars after having the originally purchased device malfunction and having the mentioned issue with my ring light.Update after malfunctioning unit:The seller contacted me promptly after my initial review. Regardless of me telling them that I had already started the return process they kindly insisted on sending me a new charging port free of charge. It is currently on the way and I will update the review and star rating accordingly. With that said I’d like to thank the seller for the prompt and frankly unexpected action to make my experience better. As soon as I receive the new dock I’ll test it for 2 weeks and offer an update.Original review:Current date is Jan 23 this product was delivered Jan 8Product was fine for a short period of time, but after a week of using it, nothing charges. I used the usb ports to charge an iPad, a phone, a ring light and a small usb led lamp. Not everything mentioned was connected every time yet somehow it simply ceased. My iPad no longer charges, the ring light no longer works, the tiny lamp receives very little power and is unable to function as designed and my phone will not charge. I attempted to use the plugs and they also do not work. At this price i do not expect such a low quality product. Currently i have everything plugged into a much smaller usb tower and all devices are working as intended.

Supposed to have surge protection and over voltage/heat shutoff. Looks pretty good as well sotting on the back of my desk.I liked the first one I bought so much, I bought a second for my other office.

Watch iPads and phones and did an awesome job. Husband was mad at first but then liked me again afterwards. It’s compact. A great price as fits in small space.

I needed the extra outlets plus USB/USB/C(?) plugs to go on my dresser next to the mirror, this one checked all the boxes and then some. I even order a second one for my husband, so I wouldn’t have to worry about him stealing mine when he saw it. He Loves his too! He wished I had ordered him more!

    3.0 out of 5 stars Not as good as it looks This is made cheaply. I had issues with get some plugs to push in. The plastic is flimsy. It did not reduce the clutter on my desk. Once I plugged stuff in all the way around I have cords going in all directions and it looks horrible. Not only are the cords a mess but now it is a 3D mess as they are up off of the surface by as much as 8 inches. Plus, none of my power supplies would fit. They are all made for an outlet orientation that is 90 degree off from the way these sockets are mounted. This would have been 10 times better if half the sockets where oriented 90 degree relative to the other ones.I wish I hadn't bought this. 3 people found this helpful

    2.0 out of 5 stars Don't use the USB ports This was just OK. It was a nice idea to replace my (better) standard, flat surge protectors. It takes up less linear space than a regular power strip, but proved much harder to hide and tuck away. I don't use one half of the protector in order to attempt being unobtrusive. The plug sockets are closer together than I thought, so not all plugs will fit. For instance, the newer USB-C chargers for my tablets will not fit side-by-side. Initially, I liked the idea of the built-in USB ports, but those have proven to be faulty. They spontaneously stop working from time to time. The last straw was when charging from the ports somehow disabled the ability of my tablets to charge at all. I had to reboot the devices in order to get them to start charging again. So, now I'm charging via power adapters, which adds to the "bristle" of the surge protector. When the time comes, I won't buy another one of these. I'll either go back to my tried and true power strips or I'll try another "space-saving" one. Just not this one.

    3.0 out of 5 stars consolidation I had to give the item a lower score because one side did not work. She waited too long to check it out so we couldn't return it. It went out of state so I couldn't see it until recently. I think it is kind of cool, sleek. It consolidates all your cords & would have some extra slots if they all worked. If you have a big desk, you could sit it on top but you would be looking at the cords as well. It would be more effective on a shelf or on the floor. I think it might be worth trying another out in case this one was just a quirky one.

    1.0 out of 5 stars Cheaply made. Poor quality. Don’t buy!!! The media could not be loaded.  Do not buy!!! This product is cheaply made and broke when trying to use it for the very first time. I plugged in a cord and the outlet cover panel fell off. The plastic cracked at multiple points. The internal electrical components are recessed so far in and aren’t secured to anything. I looks like they were suppose to be secured to the panel cover but cracked off. See video for a visual. Stay away from this product. Definitely deserves a zero star rating if I could. I was looking forward to using it for my office but now I wouldn’t feel comfortable or safe using it even if it wasn’t broken. I wish this company would have better quality assurance. I didn't even get to use it fully and just charging 2 phones, after a month has passed, not it wonts to stop charging, and I can't even return it. You all should be very ashamed to offer this for the price selected. It's worth less than $5.
