2.0 out of 5 stars Graphics card went out after 3 weeks The computer was a gift for my kids for Christmas. 3 weeks after it's first use the graphics card went out. Several more hundred dollars later, it's working again. I'm pretty disappointed.

Product looks great with all the rgb would be very satisfied if the computer had the amount of storage that was advertised. Only had half of advertised storage. System is upgradable to insert more storage but it would be nice if it was what was advertised

4.0 out of 5 stars Feels cheap This is the second device of its kind I’ve purchased this year. I tried purchasing the same one as I purchased earlier but unfortunately the price for it has skyrocketed so I went searching for a cheaper price. I stumbled upon this one and I can’t complain too much about it. It does what it says it’s supposed to do but it’s all plastic. My first is in a metal case making it more rugged. I don’t see this one holding up over the years especially if it’s moved from room to room. I mounted it to the back of my tv stand so only time will tell. For the price, it’s worth it but if you’re worried about longevity, I’d suggest looking for one in a metal case, not plastic. 6 people found this helpful

1.0 out of 5 stars Pc didn’t even turn on I got this gaming pc for about 1800 dollars, came in with the gpu broken off the bracket on the motherboard, cpu cooler was crooked, usb/hdmi slots crooked and not lined up correctly. Most likely shipping damage but I would highly recommend to buy your own parts and build it yourself, save money and get reliability 2 people found this helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars I was surprised ... ... when I unpacked the box and saw what a nice looking machine this is. It's stylish, seems to be well-constructed, and has flashes of neon inside and outside. So it is stylish and attractive.It was super-easy to get up and running.I purchased this device as an interim solution for a year when my $3,500 6-year old machine crashed and burned. I didn't want to spend a fortune on it. It's really quite fast for my needs which are graphic and web design-related.However, ipason has a lot to do when it comes to customer support and service.1. The machine came with 16mb of memory and can accept up to 64mb. What they don't tell you is the motherboard only can hold two chips. I bought 2 16mb chips thinking I would have a total of 48mb of memory. At some point, I'm going to have to spend another $150 or so to replace the memory that I already purchased.2. The instruction manual is pitiful, at best, and not tailored to this specific machine or available online.3. I used the chat function to speak with the company three times, with little success. They don't seem to understand basic questions.4. They don't tell you how many drives you can put in the machine in advance. The one response I received was a little vague ... 2xSSD, and 2x3.5". While the specs say you get a 1tb SSD and 1tb HDD, they do not indicate that these drives are hybrid ... built into one. So I ordered an 8tb HDD to replace the 1tb, but you can't do that.5. I thought, okay, I'll just add the drive, but there is no obvious means of installing an HDD tray in the available space, and they don't offer this as an accessory.6. My resolution was to purchase a 4tb SDD which is more expensive than the HDD drive, but will easily attach to the housing. But I had to return the 8tb HDD. Then, of course, I almost forgot I had to buy a sata cable and screws to attach the SDD drive to the unit.Bottom line. If someone wants a nice machine, at a very reasonable price, which is easy to set up out of the box, this one is great. However, if someone wants to customize the machine, it can be a hassle with little help from the manufacturer.That said, if I had it to do all over again, I'd purchase this machine for my needs. 3 people found this helpful

I even tried to troubleshoot the pc and replace the power supply which is usually the issue and the product still did not work. I would have accepted a exchange but it was not a option when I returned this. One person found this helpful

1.0 out of 5 stars DO NOT buy this! It's cheaply made and it's junk compared to TP-Link Switches. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $5.00 Dollars or more on a more reliable Network Switch from a Company like TP-Link! I ordered this on Black Friday for only $10.00 Dollars because I needed a cheap Network Switch in a hurry and I wasn't Working at the time so cost was a little bit of a problem so I went with this because it had decent Reviews but it was a mistake! It worked fine for a couple of Months I had my two Lenovo Laptops plugged into it and my two Raspberry Pi Computers plugged into it but then one day I turned on my Raspberry Pi 3 and it kept telling me I wasn't connected to Ethernet so I did troubleshooting I tried Factory Resetting and Reflashed my Raspberry Pi Image and I also tried two different Ethernet Cables and one of those Ethernet Cables was New but I still got the no Ethernet Logo on my Raspberry Pi 3. Come to find out the problem was the Network Switch itself and it definitely does feel cheaply made and it even looks it you can see the Chip inside if you flip it over and the Chip inside it looks very cheap so I ended up getting a $20.00 Dollar Metal TP-Link Network Switch with a Lifetime Warranty and guess what? I plugged it in and hooked up my Raspberry Pi 3 and my other Computers and it works great with no connection errors! Go with either TP-Link or NetGear Network Switches! Not this cheap plastic junk!
