I wish they would've kept the whole thing oat scented because the lavender smells like a cheap candle or bath bomb.I received quite a few of the baby washes in my registry boxes so I really wanted to try the lotion out too! This seemed like the best value to be able to try out a few other products too. We have very sensitive skin in our house and none of these products have caused any problems for us! The lotion has no sent and its not greasy at all. Love the little basket it comes in as well, great for organizing under the bathroom sink! It is better than some products for sensitive skin but still contains certain chemicals that can cause some skin irritation. 5.0 out of 5 stars New baby smell For generations we have been using Johnson and Johnson products but after recent events we wanted to try something new. My family has a history of dry skin and eczema that’s starts in infancy. I tried this for my son and his skin couldn’t be healthier. Now my nieces and nephews are using it too and they all have healthier skin than my siblings and I use to have. Aveeno is amazing. The lavender bay wash and soap are so gentle and have subtle scents that I’m not nervous using them. The rich lather gets my bAby squeaky clean. Any mom know that the poop diaper smell can linger but with this wash I don’t have that problem at all. I even use it when my baby is fussy to help calm them when I have to hold them through the night. Other products dry out my skin but this is good enough for even me. 5.0 out of 5 stars I’m not a mom or a baby but I like these products So originally, I bought this for a pregnant coworker who I didn’t really know.A baby shower was planned for her and so I felt obligated to buy her something for it.The day before the intended shower, however, out the baby came and off on maternity leave my coworker went.I had no way of getting this to her so there it sat in my closet, quietly questioning why it was not used for its intended purpose and why it was sitting in the closet of a 22 year old who has no children and is still living in her parent’s house.Two months later, I finally ran out of my favorite Lush brand Sleepy body soap and I was desperate.So to my closet I went.Now I must say I have only used two of these products so far.The first was the soap intended for a mom who is stressed to the max because they just pushed an actual baby out of their vagina and into the world and now have to care for it and stuff.I’m a nurse so I guess I can kinda say I’m pretty stressed. So the idea of having some soap that is meant to cure mom stress is very appealing.I will say, it do be pretty relaxing. The smell is quite good. More chamomile than lavender, but very soothing.The other product I used is the lotion meant for babies.It is unscented which is fortunate because I am adult and I don’t really feel like going around smelling like an actual baby.It is very hydrating, is hypoallergenic, and doesn’t leave an oily residue.I have sensitive skin but this lotion is perfect for it. I guess that’s because it was meant for babies.Anyways, 10/10 would recommend. More so for babies and moms of babies but I think legit anyone would enjoy it so if you’re thinking of buying these products, I’d say go for it. 86 people found this helpful

It doesn’t have a very strong smell to it, just a very subtle hint of lavender. But my baby has always had sensitive skin and can get a rash easily if I changed up her body wash or changed which diaper brand she wore, etc.. So I always just stuck with this aveeno calming comfort bath and lotion combo and it’s never let me down. I’m not sure if it helps calm her down though because she always gets this huge burst of energy right after bathtime/before bedtime haha but I still love it and it’s a go to every night for the past 2 years.
