3.0 out of 5 stars Not great The hose doesn’t have a good seal. The fur gets stuck in the brush teeth and when you click the button to retract the teeth the fur still stays stuck. I have to use my hand to push the fur up into the hose. Even on high suction it’s not great. It’s loud enough to freak my dog and cat out. My other cat relaxed after a minute once she realized the noise was coming from the tank and not the brush but she still wasn’t thrilled.

5.0 out of 5 stars SO WORTH BUYING!!! If you want to save a trip to the groomers, or should I say several and all trips to the groomers. If so, then this is your go to dog groomers for home. I have a 17 year old miniature poodle who is normally absolutely terrified of noise and the vibration of clippers I have used prior to these. However, with these clippers that issue has been resolved and my pet is much more calm. Additionally, the clean up is so much easier and I no longer have to find something to put under my dog for falling hairs when grooming him. The vacuum works as both a plus for me and my pet. I never have to worry about stragling hairs after grooming because this vacuum sucks it up immediately after each cut. I was a little worried about the vacuum suction and the noise of the vacuum, but it didn't seem to bother my pet in the way I thought it would. My pet actually seemed to like the way it felt going across his body as I was cutting his hair, and the noise of the vacuum wasn't a problem either. I definitely don't regret buying this grooming kit for my pet, and I can guarantee others won't either. One person found this helpful

I was worried my dog wouldn't like it because of the noise, but she didn't mind it, and she was able to enjoy being brushed, which she always loves anyway, but now it is easier on ME! I love that there's the button to loosen the hair caught on the brush in order for all of it to go into the hose. Was easy to set up and use. I will update my review as needed once I try out the different tools and attachments. But as of right now I am satisfied with my purchase. UPDATE!! Finally used the clippers and I absolutely loved it! They did exactly what I needed them to do. We rescued a puppy who had sever mats in his fur and after trying conditioning baths, leave in conditioning sprays and creams and having little to no luck in brushing them out, I decided to just cut them all out and start fresh, he did NOT like the pull from the vacuum one bit, but it made it soooo much easier to do this and not have hair all over the place he also isn't a fan of the sound, but I think he can get used to it with some more use as I plan to use the brush tool once his fur starts coming in to try and stay on top of it to avoid any future mats. The product is very solid, the attachments are easily stored and the suction is appropriate. If your dog sheds to the point of bringing you to tears and they will allow you to use it on them, I think you’ll love this and you’ll save money in the long run in grooming expenses.

2.0 out of 5 stars Turns off after little time I bought this to groom my cat. He is a Himalayan with lots of hair. The first use it seemed great. The vacuum worked well with little mess however within a few minutes of grooming the power shut off and would not turn back on. The machine was not over heated and it would not immediately turn back on. After waiting a few minutes and unplugging it and plugging it back in, it finally turned back on but quickly turned off again. Then tonight when trying to use it, it did the same thing only it didn’t stay on as long this time. I’m very disappointed because other than this issue, it works so good. I will be contacting the manufacturer for a refund. I do not have the time or patience to have to groom my cat in shifts. One person found this helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars Was skeptical, and a little nervous to use this... After watching a few videos on exactly how to do grooming, I finally got the nerve to try this today. Wow! Ok, so not every single hair is going to be vacuumed up, but the mess was VERY MINIMAL! The vacuum itself was not too loud, nor did it scare my girl at all. The attachments fit nice and secure as you're working. I simply followed along with a grooming video, pausing where I needed, and successfully groomed her today. Our regular groomer has been out for months, and the next closest one available is more than 40 miles away. I am really grateful for this grooming kit and was very happy with its performance.A side note:The on/off switch didn't seem to work at first. There is a note in the user guide, but the suggestion didn't work either. I figured out the button needed to be pressed harder than I first thought so if you have a problem, try the button at different pressures and angles. 17 people found this helpful

It has more suction power and less noise than my large upright vacuum and can do more tasks! I use it mostly when my two bunnies Romeo and Juliet are shedding. The deshedding tool and grooming tool are quiet enough not to scare them and the nozzle attachment sucks up loose fur from their enclosure on the standard mode. My bunnies stay clean and healthy thanks to this vacuum. One tip…I had trouble at first pushing the power button. It didn’t come on. I was used to pushing hard on power buttons to start an appliance but I found out after a few tries that with this vacuum, all you have to do is lightly press your thumb on the power button for a few seconds and it comes right on. I am able to brush my cat and all the hair goes directly in there instead of floating around the house. The amount of useful attachments is wonderful! The end that allows you to trim the hair around my puppies nails is awesome.If you are condsidering buying but are a little hesitant, just do it! It stopped working was able to get it to turn back on an hour later for 10 more minutes and then again another 30 minutes later for only 3 minutes and then it never turned on again. I just decided it was the Switch effactors, I tried to return it. They accepted return and would give me my money back up on. I took it to the u. PS store to return it. It was going to cost $350 to send it back to China. That I would have to pay.So I contacted Amazon. They refunded my money immediate like an idiot. I bought yet another one because of the so many of these. That I looked up this particular. One had the best reviews. It came, it worked like a dream. I wish I have 3 small dogs in the house. I was able to do the 3 dogs beautifully. I mean, I couldn't have asked for a better machine. The quietest thing you ever heard the clippers were unbelievably quiet. They did not vibrate like normal clippers that scares the animals. Not ONE hair escapes the sweeper. I had 3 people come over when I was grooming that own pets and all of them agreed. It had to be the best working thing they ever seen. You literally could groom them on the kitchen counter ans it would very spotless when done!!After I finished all 3 dogs and then 2 months go by and it's time to regroom again. I was doing that and suddenly today and it just stopped in the middle of one dog and absolutely will not turn back on no matter what you do.Yes, I learned my lesson. Plus it's now Beyond the time limit to be able to return It or get a refund even from Amazon to I will just be out my $130.Please please with having 2 of these items. I fully expected this to be one of those times where I’m convinced I can do something and then realize it’s a lot harder than it looks.This time, however, I was pleasantly surprised that it was actually easier than I thought it was going to be! I have a Shih Tzu mix who is about 5 pounds and we had a terrible time when she was little and I attempted to groom her myself. So for the past six years, I have been taking her to get groomed, waiting till the absolute last minute because it’s so costly.This vacuum grooming tool is so easy to use I’m blown away and wish I had it the whole time!The vacuum actually lifts the fur a little bit, making it so easy to cut.I am incredibly happy with this purchase, and I was very nervous because the price point is a little high but it was totally worth it! After two grooming’s, it will have paid for itself.It was also cool to see how the vacuum turned all the further into like this little for Cake, which made for very easy disposal. The multi vacuum levels allow me to start on low with my easily spooked pup and increase is at she becomes accustomed to the level of suction. It's very quiet on any speed. The deshedding attachment works great. Overall it's a great unit. Lots of bang for your buck. Would definitely but again and highly recommed.

My dogs shed a lot after a bath so what we do is bathe them, wait for them to fully dry and then use the vacuum. My dogs are nervous about everything but bc the product is pretty quiet and it feels like they're being brushed I can get thr job done. My floors look better for up to a month bc of the less amount of shedding.It would be good if this product could get dog hair up from deep carpeting.

Its lightweight and the hose is not stiff so easy to use. Plus the attachments for hair trimming make it worth the buy! If your pet is very afraid of noise brush them first with the power off, then ease them into the different power modes. Worked like a charm for my little guy.

The vacuum sucked up the fur and nothing escaped. Emptying the canister was easy. Good value for the money, lots of attachments. Nice to have 3 volume/power levels. My husky sheds more than all dogs I’ve ever owned combined, and I’ve always had labs so I know shedding. Before this purchase I had to bribe her with a bone to keep her occupied every time I groomed her. She’s very skiddish with her paws so half the time I ended up leaving them alone unless I had another person to distract her, and even then her front paws were often a losing battle. This God sent machine was like a day at the puppy spa… with cocktails. She ignored her bone and just laid there zombified even after I finished her entire body. I took this video to send to my daughter so ignore the words. 😵‍💫 I did her paws after and didn’t think to video but she didn’t really move anyway. I turned it off to change the length of the cut and it would not turn back on. Now it does not work at all.

Well on a whim, I decided to try out this option since the purchase of it is not much higher than a grooming session. I have to say I am so glad I did. It is so user friendly, the sucking while cutting causes the hair to be at a great angle. There was no big hair mess, it all goes into the canister. Also, it was on sale, normally $159, got it for $89 with a $10 off coupon. They love the feeling of the brushes on this pet vacuum so much, they meow for it when I bring it out. They are just so relaxed when I groom them, that they go to sleep. Not to mention the sound of the vacuum doesn't bother them at all, its so nice and quiet. It's a very gentle product, and it does its job and has just the right amount of power in the suction. The clippers are equally as nice. I'll be the vacuum would work equally as well on any animal. What more could I ask for in a product like this. With a busy schedule, I checked it to make sure nothing was broken and then packed it away.My family has 3 dogs: a German Shepherd, Springer Spaniel, and a mixed breed puppy with medium length hair. Needless to say, the shedding is a problem, with our shepherd being the main culprit.I finally had enough of having to vacuum every day and decided to break out our pet grooming vacuum yesterday.My shepherd was a little startled by the noise at first, even on the low setting, but once I started to use the grooming brush, he settled right in and enjoyed it. I then put it to top speed with no issues with startling him.I noticed halfway through that all I had to do is push the button on the back of the brush head to release the fur for the vacuum to suck it up. AMAZINGLY designed.I then switched to the deshedder and got so much fur off of him. I then ended with the grooming brush again.I did the puppy next and he handled it all very well. No issues at all.I also used the nail grinder on both dogs. It worked well, but I recommend trimming the nails with a dog nail clipper first if they are long. If the grinder had a higher speed option, trimming probably would not be needed.I noticed today that the amount of fur floating around our house has drastically dropped. ONE GROOMING.I had a golden retriever before Annie, he passed away :-( I attempted to groom him and he was pitiful looking with bald patches and was angry with me for weeks. So I was really nervous using the deshedder and boy howdy, was I REALLY going to use the electric clippers and make Annie angry for weeks?Well then... I got laid off from my job. So YUP, I was giving this thing a try and after my FIRST time using the "scary" tools, the sky opened up and I could quite literally hear angels singing.If your dog is a nutjob, you might need 2 people. Mine is a nutjob but she sits for me for this. Oh get THIS. She gets excited when she sees me get it out and plug it in now! So this girl (me) that is horribly challenged with any type of artistic ability, balancing act, throwing a frisbee, I will stop there, thanks you so much for selling me this product.So yeah it is a life changer and a money saver and I don't give very many reviews. Especially reviews that are as raving as this one. So unless you just love your groomer and have a lot of money to spare, then do not buy this. But if you want to save some money, have some bonding time with your dog, be proud of your accomplishment, then buy this pet grooming vacuum. I was paying $100 before a tip. Thought this was crazy when all they did was use clippers. I had tried plain clippers in the past with poor success. But it seemed logical to give it a try. With the purchase of this product, I can groom my anxious puppy on the couch in the living room when it fits into the schedule. My 9 year old dog was calm and relaxed. The suction was great and canister was easy to empty. Lucy didn't even try to get down and run when I had to empty the canister. With my second use, the product will have paid for itself. I decided to try this kit - she doesn’t love it but I can brush her in spurts and the hair is sucked into the unit. It’s not super loud but she will hopefully get used to it over time. I am acclimating her to the sound. As others noted / lots of attachments. The quality of this unit is very good - including the attachments. I even vacuum up any hair that comes off in clumps between brushing. It’s lightweight and the cord can be wrapped beneath the unit. It’s easy - once you know how - to empty the bin. I have two small dogs, a Shih Tzu and a Morkie, who are difficult with groomers and grow their coats very fast. I decided to try out this product to minimize the stress on my dogs for outsourced grooming, and boy am I happy. My dogs are not traumatized by the sound of the machine because it is not very loud to begin with; but most importantly, it performs beautifully. I have used all but one of the attachments and so far I have zero complaints. My only negative is that I wish the machine came with an attachment that could dry the dog's coat after showering, that would be super helpful. All-in-all, I am pleased with this product and would recommend it to others who have difficult pups to groom and are looking for a user-friendly alternative. 2 people found this helpful

I haven't had a need to use the two higher powered buttons and I don't end up with little hairs stuck in my clothes poking me. I don't end up with dog hair anywhere. It is absolutely wonderful. I have not tried the nail filer yet and I can't believe I didn't get it out of the box earlier. I mean this is some thing you can do before you go to work if you got a little extra time it's just so clean.It also shuts itself off when the canister is full so there's no chance of you damaging it If you're not keeping an eye on it.If I owned a grooming salon, I would make sure each of my groomers had one of these at their station.Next, I will try it on my cats the brushing one as they have so much loose hair.Thank you so much, Karen 29 people found this helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely Love! We have 2 dogs and pet allergies, so we have a tab at the dog groomers. When I figured out how much we spend to get these guys groomed, I started looking online for a solution. I saw this, and thought-what’s to lose? And was it ever a WIN! My support dog is a Morkie, the Prince amongst dogs that hates everything. With just my husband holding him, I gave him a really decent haircut! The extra trimmer to cut around their feet is needed and awesome. The machine is not loud, and we had no hair hit the floor, or even my husbands shirt when he was holding him. My learning curve is to learn how to cut his little chicken legs, but he looks GOOD. Our other dog is a Cairn Terrier that fears everything. She was a bit reserved by the machine, so she just stood stick still and got a perfect haircut. She was scared, not trembling scared, but she’s also scared of tape and shadows.All in all for the price vs paying $150 every 2 months to get them groomed? Awesome!Now I’ll only pay for anal glands because, no. Just… no.Going to try the nail grinder tonight! 22 people found this helpful

3.0 out of 5 stars Unhappy I have used this twice now and this time it just stopped working. I have cleaned the filter and the tank. I have no idea how to get a hold of anyone as it says it's a 12 month warranty on it and the purchase date was October 2023. Please help me with this.

4.0 out of 5 stars Easy to use good quality. Not the easiest to clean depending on length of hair I like the product. It worked great to groom my long haired dog. The only complaint is that when I shaved my dog it was not the easiest to clean the hair out. It's light weight and is easy to use. This package included all the necessary things to get the job done and in quick time.. it’s easy to clean up easily unload the mess from my dogs long hair and he even my short hair dog. It seemed to suck up quite a bit. As an additional benefit one afternoon after working outside in Arizona it was awfully hot and I had not got a haircut for a couple of months so before I tried it on the dogs, I tried it on myself and my wife thought that I had gotten a regular haircut, so in addition to saving money from the groomers, I also saved a trip to the barbershop so it’s paid for itself. 16 people found this helpful

So, I bought everything I needed to groom him myself (clippers, toenail trimmer, grooming table, etc.). The clippers were too loud for him and heavy for me. I returned taking him to the groomer, but always felt guilty. While searching for doggy accessories, I came across this grooming vacuum. I read the great reviews and thought I'd give it a try. The clippers are light and the bonus of the fur going into the vacuum and not all over the floor was a game changer! The sound of the vacuum didn't scare him. On my first try, I was able to bath, groom, and trim his nails within 45 minutes all in the comfort of his home. No more long grooming sessions away from me. We have 3 dogs and literally no mess. It brushes with ease and catches up all the hair. Grooming tool works so well for our Shih tzu. I love that it doesn’t pull his hair when cutting the knots off. Quality is great. We have used this groomer a lot and it is still working like new. Our giant breed will sit and let us brush him while this thing catches all the loose hair. No mess. Just received this and only used the one brush on my two dogs and they were scared the first two minutes then relaxed and enjoyed getting brushed.I only have one hand so I videoed my first dog enjoying it and you can see our Pomeranian dogs hair. We get her groomed regularly but inbetween she gets that undercoat and ℹ vacuum our house and mop and then I’ll see a tumble weed passing by me of her hair lol.So I have been buying all these combs and brushes but they hate them and won’t sit still.I was skeptical but if cats sitting in the videos posted for this product it must work.I’m totally sold and I will read the booklet tomorrow to learn all the attachments etc. 2 people found this helpful
