But other than that very pleased got all 36 of them and in good shape and working most important. 👍 Will be purchasing more in the future. Product itself seemed fine, haven't used or tried all just 1. It looked like a used product though. I'm hoping they all work... product seems good and lots of highlighters.     4.0 out of 5 stars Almost perfect I bought these mainly because all other brands I have tried tend to fade within a few months on most paper qualities. I am a PHD student and tend to revisit books I have read months and years ago. In this regard, these highlighters are simply the best. The downside and the reason why I do not rate with five stars is that their cylindrical design is quite annoying. The cap keeps rolling to the edge of the table, and the highlighter itself requires positioning to use. On the flat-body highlighters, the holding comes natural and the tip is angled correctly without doing anything. This may seem like a minor issue, but when you read loads of books and papers, and you keep highlighting to a great extent, this 'minor' design issue starts eating up time and patience. 15 people found this helpful

I literally only ordered it because I wanted the purple ones and can't find packs with more that just one anywhere else. If I needed more yellow I would have ordered the yellow....

I decided to go with only one color bc we are in a critical testing time of the year and having the students have the learning strategies in place is my most important task.These markers are smooth, the liquid doesn’t rub off and best of all—- they don’t stain clothes for those students of yours who may be a bit more enthusiastic with markers in hand than others... machine washable and hand safe. However, I have found these have been running out of ink faster than they usually do. Dissapointing- usually a marker lasts through about 100-200 pages of highlighting, and it could go weeks before.

It is my fault for assuming, as that is not stated in the description or on the package. I think it SHOULD be clarified though. Just FYI in case anyone else has that expectation.

    4.0 out of 5 stars I knew I could trust Sharpie! After using some a few times, they started to dry and not come out. I put the cap back on and wait and then it's okay to use again. Not sure if this is normal, but hopefully the first ones I use will last long enough until I have to use the next ones. The colors are bright. They're not too dark to the point where I can't even see the things I'm highlighting which I have been looking everywhere for. Some of them do bleed depending on the type and thickness of the paper I'm using. I'm still happy with them though. Thank you. 2 people found this helpful

I go through a lot of highlighters every year for my job, and have tried many different, and frankly cheaper, branders here on Amazon over the years. These bad boys are the only ones with a prayer of making it out unmangled by the end of May. They have pretty good sales periodically throughout the year too if you keep an eye out. I got this last pack of 36 for under $10.

    3.0 out of 5 stars Highlighting too LIGHT - should have paid more for competitor I was unable to get a multi-color pack of Berol Highlighters and so I thought I would try these. They are cheaper, but the ink dispensed with each stroke of the pen is much less so the highlighted material is much lighter. So you have to highlight a couple of times to get a good highlighted text. I just ordered Berol fluorescent yellow to replace the wimpy yellow markers in here. Unfortunately, Amazon only sells only pink and yellow Berol markers and no other colors currently. One person found this helpful
